Car Description

We know that Lexus prides itself in its luxury vehicles. But now they have made a new flagship car, the 2013 Lexus LS. The 2013 Lexus LS has all of the newest technologies in comfort and safety to make sure that you receive your moneys worth.

2013 Lexus LS Safety

While there are quite a few different safety systems that are new to the 2013 model, the newest one is the A-PCS (Advanced Pre-Collision System). The A-PCS is a safety system that monitors both the front and back of your car to make sure that nothing and no one is in the way. If there is something in the way, your car will sense it and automatically bring you to a full stop. This is suppose to help when you are going 24 MPH or less to help reduce the number of accidents at slower speeds.

One of the other newest safety systems is the Adaptive Cruise Control. The ACC is a cruise control that constantly monitors cars in front of you, when it sees a car that is too close it has the ability to bring you to a complete stop and then accelerate again afterwards. There is also the Lane-Keep Assist (LKA), which will help you to stay in the right lane as you are driving. The Automatic High Beam System has a camera that watches for lights from oncoming traffic and other lighted areas and automatically dims your high beams to make sure you donít blind anybody in other lanes and pedestrians.

2013 LS Comfort

The next thing that is one of the most important things for a luxury car is how comfortable your car is. The Lexus LS has a bunch of smaller things that contribute to its comfort. The LS uses advanced sound suppression to make your car quieter on the inside. This is matched with special tires that make less road noise, making the cabin quieter. You will also have the option to use its three different driving systems, Eco, Sport, and Normal.

The front seats have a standard heating and cooling system, but it has been brought to the next level. There are a higher number of heating and cooling pads to make the temperature change quicker and less noticeable. If you want to, you can add these same luxury seats to the back seats as well. If you can kids, the back seating area offers a full DVD Blu-Ray system with a nine-inch fold down screen. You can also have heated and cooled steering wheel for those days where the sun seems to hot or the air is just to o cold.

The Lexus LS truly does show how it has become the flagship of the Lexus family. With all of the comfort features and the safety that it provides, this seems to be a luxury sedan that will be hard to get the better of, even in the next few years.
