The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited EV prototype is a two-wheel drive Wrangler.

The 2009 Jeep Patriot is a range-extended electric vehicle and 5 passengers SUV. It can go from 0-60 mph in about 8 seconds and do a standing quarter mile in 16 seconds. The Patriots top speed is over 100 mph and go about 40 miles using only the batteries and has a total driving range of over 400 miles.

The range extender is a SULEV gasoline engine and electric generator that puts out a continuous electric power of 45 kW.
